Privacy
This website belongs to NOBREAKS, Unipessoal Lda., a marketing agency. This page explains what personal data the site handles and why.
What we collect
Apart from the booking form, this site has no forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and our own pages do not set cookies. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. If you book a call, the booking page first asks a few short questions: your name, work email, website or Instagram, what you want help with, who handles your marketing today, when you would like to start and, if you choose, what a good result would look like in 90 days. We use your answers only to prepare for the call and to follow up. If you start booking but do not pick a time, we may send you up to two short emails about it, and we stop if you reply or book.
Services that see your visit
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- The booking page is run by Cal.com. When it opens, Cal.com receives your IP address and the details you enter, and it may set its own cookies on that page. The booking is added to our Google Calendar, and the video link is made with Google Meet.
- The answers you give on the booking page are kept in a private Google Sheet in our Google account, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail and Calendar) processes them for us. We do not use them for anything else and we do not share them.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and booking details for as long as we need them to answer you or to deliver and account for work we do together, then delete them. We delete booking-form answers from people we have not worked with after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@nobreaks.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
